Christmas 2024
Usually at this time of year we are frantically getting our Christmas Cards ready to give to each and every one of our customers.
This year however, we have decided to do things a little bit differently.
We have nearly 700 customers split over 5 rounds so have decided that we would participate in the Dunelm Delivering Joy scheme to give a little joy to 5 people this Christmas who may otherwise recieve very little if anything.
We have filled these bags with dinosaurs, Peppa Pig, princesses, pyjamas, colouring, books, crayons, puzzles, hats, scarves and gloves and hopefully a little bit of Christmas Magic to help the little ones believe in Father Christmas just a little bit longer.
As with every year to give our delivery drivers time to be with their families we will be closed on the following days over the Christmas period so there will be no newspaper deliveries on:
CHRISTMAS EVE | BOXING DAY | NEW YEARS DAY
Our office will be closed from 24th Decemeber and repoen on Thursday 2nd January.
Milk & Grocery Delivery
Don't read newspapers, then why don't you try our milk and grocery delivery service.
All come with FREE delivery and no minimum order required.
Our focus is on serving the local community by providing quality products and bringing convenience to your doorstep.

Milk & Eggs delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

Dairy goods delivered Monday to Friday.

Bread & Bakery delivered on a Wednesday only.

Fruit, Veg, Salad & Potatoes delivered on a Wednesday only.

The Jam Shed goods delivered Monday to Friday.

Pantry goods delivered Monday to Friday.

Household goods delivered Monday to Friday.
We do require more notice on fresh goods (bakery & dairy) as these are ordered per request but aim to keep the rest of our goods in stock to meet demands of any orders.
Every 4 weeks we produce an order form so customers can plan ahead what they would like delivered. Alternatively you can request a price list and order as and when you need.
We try to source some of the products from local businesses (where possible) to help support the local community.

We are a family run business providing home delivery of newspapers/magazines and groceries/essentials to our customers. Originally started by Ron Passmore alongside his milk round over 40 years ago, it is now run by his son Kevin and his wife Trina who aim to continue the high level of service delivered by Ron over the many years. As a small local business we pride ourselves by offering groceries from other local businesses to ensure we are supporting the local community.
